A 2-week course coinciding with what is perhaps the most characteristic of all local celebrations: the Grape Harvest. The Pressing of the Grapes ceremony gives way to a series of flamenco shows, horse parade and street theatre which runs until the end of the month at a time when all Jerez takes to the streets to celebrate the "birth" of the new wine.
Three hours Spanish Tuition each day followed by a series of visits related to the Fiestas |
